Where every van and company phone is, and where it's been — next to the rota and the vehicle, so you never open a separate tracking portal to find it. Datalive hardware trackers plus company phone tracking with the Fleetie tracker app (iPhone now, Android coming soon). £10/month keeps 7 days of tracking history; £20/month keeps 30 days. Datalive connection £10 one-off. All +VAT. Other providers may be included on request.

Common questions
What's an "active driver"?
Someone with a driver role who worked a rota day or submitted a vehicle check in the last 45 days. People on your books who aren't working aren't charged for.
What does the free month include?
The full plan, no card needed to start. At the end of the month you add a payment method to carry on — or walk away.
What do I pay as I grow?
£20 covers 3 drivers. Drivers 4 to 10 add £5 each; from the 11th, £3 each. So 5 drivers is £30, 10 is £55, and 20 is £85 a month, all plus VAT.
Do I need hardware for GPS?
No. The GPS fleet tracking bundle (£10/month for 7 days of history, £20/month for 30 days, plus VAT) covers Datalive trackers already fitted to your vans — £10 one-off to connect them — and the Fleetie tracker app, which turns company iPhones into GPS devices, with Android on the way.
Is there a contract?
No. Fleetie is month to month — cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
